Triple lock commander questions

Anybody know where the purple wire goes in the harness?? ALso the way the instructions read the convertor has to lock up before the controller will hold it locked? I have a Goerend VB and convertor. I was hoping to have it lock up at say 15 MPH and stay locked the whole time, only unlock when I get down to say 8 mph. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you just recently purchased your lockup controller then for your model year listed in your signature 2001 you would actually have one of the updated Co-Pilots, not commander. If it's for your 97 then it would indeed be the commander. But below are links to both sets of instructions.
