I had the P0191 code twice. The first time the dealer did the flash, the second time the dealer changed the relief valve. It has not returned since the new relief valve. Seems it sticks open and you get low rail pressure, sets off the code. After those 2 visits and reading a lot of posts regarding rail pressure, I put in a DiPricol rail pressure gauge, keeping an eye on the rail pressure now. I also picked up a kit that plug off the valve, keep it in my toolbox just in case it sticks open when I'm out in the middle of nowhere and dead alongside the road because it is stuck open and won't close.
If it comes back with the stock valve I'm going to look into one of the modified ones available via the aftermarket. Better price than a stock one and has a little higher pressure level before it opens.
