Trouble codes

[BFC]

Anybody knows how to get the codes on a 98. 5 24V. Tried the key thing about 3 millions time, no codes on the odometer and damn lights are still on. Any sugestions?

I have a 99 model, and i to cannot get any codes from it. I've tried several different methods of turning the key on and off. Fast, slow, wait till the lights are on, don't wait for the lights, nothing seems to work.

all it take is cycling the key on + off 3 times



read the code in the mileage window

This feature was introduced sometime during the 1999 model year. Mine is not able to do it either. I've ordered a "Quick-Check" from Cummins to get those pesky codes.

that could be the problem with mine then. mine was an early 99 model. how much is the quick check and does it require the palm pilot to use?
