I got my Rickson 19. 5 x 285 wheels on and am working on my speedo correction whithout success. OK with the help of Gizmo I found the ABS module and hooked up the wireing just like the instros say but now I have no speedo reading at all, the ground wire is good and the hot is hot, they want a yellow wire hooked from the calibrator to the ABS module via the white /orange wire that I had to cut and a green wire hooked to the other end of the white/orange wire.

Anybody with a true speed calibrator that could guide me straight here would be appreciated.

Cheers, Kevin

Kevin,

It sounds like you may have the wrong ends of the white/orange wire attached to the TruSpeed's green and yellow wires.

I did that the first time, but I can't remember whether or not I got the same symptoms. Try switching the green and yellow wires to the opposite ends of the truck's white/orange wire.

The green wire must attach to the end of the white/orange wire that comes FROM the rear wheel speed sensor. (The sensor is mounted on the top of the differential, if you want to trace the wire. ) The yellow wire attaches to the end that goes TO the truck's computers.

If you have further difficulties, Superlift (the manufacturer) can be reached at 800-551-4955 or 318-322-3458. They have GREAT customer service. My TruSpeed failed after about two years and they sent a new one without charge.

Good luck.
