After numerous replacement parts and mod's, finally got my truck running better than showroom condition. Recently added a slightly larger turbo and an Edge juice CTS2, was running like new and out of the blue truck lost power, bucking, occasional engine run away and a bunch of DTC's. Had the juice at level 1. I pulled these codes at different times:
P1488- aux 5v output too low, P1286- apps supply too high, P0121- TPS volt not agree w/MAP, P1475-aux 5v output too high, P0113- intake air temp sensor volt high, P0606- ECM/PCM Processor, P0123- TPS volt high, P0118- ECT sensor volt too high.

Pin tested 5v circuit and all sensors read low. Truck will idle nice and smooth and than suddenly rev erratically out of control and return to smooth idle. Is this condition caused by a bad computer or a bad sensor? I removed ECM off engine to fix oil leak on side cover, pins and plug in excellent condition and cleaned ground contact points.

Completely disconnect the edge (not just shut it off). They have been known to cause all types of driveability issues when they fail.
