Truck back from shop to fix 2000 RPM Vibe

I now have the new, weighted power steering hose. I'm not sure how that makes a difference, but it does. It is like having a different truck altogether.



While it was there they also fixed the transmission rattle, mine was built in 2002. They put a new clutch and new throwout bearing in it. Much quieter now.



My axle howls too, they are replacing the entire unit. Still waiting on the parts for that.

Did they put in a new clutch and throw out bearing or just replace the clutch disc? Back when I had my 03 all they did was replace the clutch disc with a updated one. It helped some but it still was not as quite as the one I had with a 5spd.

You are right, I looked at the work order and they did a P/N 52107775AC Clutch Disk and P/N 52087514 Bearing-Clutch Release.



In mine now you can tell no difference with the clutch in or out.
