Archived truck dead

I have a 06 dodge cummins whent to pass a slow tractor and the engine fan exploded also the trans seems to be locking up can't get it to roll at all with it in neutral. It is a auto what would cause this ..... Help

If it is a 4x4 put t-case in neutral and see if it will roll. If not maybe brakes locked? If it won't unlock it noght nor be only the fan that exploded, you will have to investigate.
