Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Truck died and won't start...

My dad was cruising at 70 mph this morning, then the truck just shut down, no warning no stutter. We cracked the injectors and fuel was only trickling out of one line. Could we have picked up some bad fuel. . or is the VP gone?



Truck specs: 2000 6 Spd, 80,000 miles, EZ, orig. VP44, new lift pump 4K ago.
