Archived truck down in Chatanooga

Engine light came on in my truck, I pulled into a dealer 40 miles North of Chatanooga in South Pittsburg, Tn. These guys don't know what they are doing. They say now I have a burnt piston, didn't have the tool to check compression and took 5 days to locate a tool. I'm getting a run around and no anwsers. I need a regional service manager's number or someone that can give me anwsers or tell me what to do. If I need them to put this thing back together and go elsewhere I will do that if needed.

Maybe we need to get together, I've been down about 40 miles south of Chattanooga for 8 days now, apparently a failed injector leading to a burnt piston. D/C rep is to yea or nea my warranty tomorrow. 97,062mi.
