The air in my truck has iced up twice now and the air isn't very cold when it isn't frozen. I am going to take it in just like I drive it but I am going to turn the TST down and hide the remote. hopefully I will still have some kind of warranty left tomorrow. can the truck still run with the wires into the PDC removed? the TST taps into a fuse for the AC I believe.

The TST is easy to remove and the dealers need warranty dollars now. You should be fine.

Something must be wrong if you're only producing 350HP with a TST, a new turbo with good intake and exhaust. I got 458HP out of my stock turbo with a TST, 4" exhaust and AFE.

I took the TST off this morning and it only took me about 20 min. I notice a difference in the sound of the truck with out the TST. It sounds louder, rougher, and has more of the diesel knock. with the TST it sounds like it has a slight tick, without the TST it is much more pronounced.

back to original subject, they found a "probe" in the A/C system bad. the part will be in tomorrow and hopefully I'll get it back tomorrow night. so far the dealer hasn't said anything about the truck mods. I am thinking about asking them to check the injectors while it is there because of above.

Update!

the fin temp sensor is getting replaced, they said that they were moving it to a different location in the A/C unit. Bad News, I have to remove ALL my gauges, turbo temp monitor, brake controller and other odds and ends! they have to take the dash out and basically lay it on the front seats so all the wiring( a bundle about an inch in diameter that spider webs all thru the dash) has to be disconnected.
