truck hauled OR to WI

Thinking of buying a 80's crew cab 4X4 from Oregon or Idaho, need to find a way to get it home to Wisconsin. Anyone able to haul it or know someone, or a company that will do it reasonable? Have thought about maybe flying out and driving it back or riding bike out and driving it back. If someone is coming this way or something please let me know, and about how much $,

Tony, I'm going from Denver to Ohio around the 26-30 of april. I will have an empty 8. 5 x 24 enclosed car hauler. Can you get me more details. exactely where are the pickup and delivery points? is it a short bed or long bed ? Dually or SRW?

Depending on when you were looking to do this, I could be talked into loading my bike up and driving it east for you. Then take the ride back. Cost you gas and the occasional cup of power coffee.
