Archived truck is dead

noticed yesterday when trying to start my truck I got alot of clicking then it started,did the same thing this morning. After it started I drove to work this morning and then tried to start it agin,it started fine.

I just put 2 new batteries in it and have power every were but it wont even attempt to turn over. Also I noticed my steering wheel is not locking up when in park.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Truck is a 1995,4x4,auto.

found the problem,it was the panic alarm that needed reset. I thought it was disabled along time ago but ended up fixing the problem. Much relief:-laf
