2002 6spd HO 130K miles

K&N air filter

FASS lift pump w/air separator put on @ 115K

New INJ pump today

I took off the old stock Lift pump and fuel/water separator filter(?) about 2weeks ago. Drove 300 miles next day, no probs. Next morning it goes into limp mode about 10 miles from home, engine light on. Drove back home at 40mph or so, put original fuel filter/air separator back in as it had two connectors that I thought might be messing with the computer. Disconnected the batteries for an hour, reconnected and drove a mile and it was off and on so to speak like the inj pump was bad, engine light comes back on, so I replaced the Inj pump today. All done and reconnect the batteries, drive and still in limp mode w/ engine light on. In order Codes are:

P pcu 1693

P ecu 0122 Throttle pos sensor low voltage

0237 Map sensor voltage low

0112 Intake Air temp sensor voltage low

0230 Transfer pump circuit out of range

I took out old Transfer Pump and I have NOT put that back in as there is only one electrical connection to the pump which I assume is the one to activate the pump and that is now connected to a relay which operates the FASS pump. Only other things on it are three nuts to secure it to a bracket and the in and out for the fuel so I cant see why it would need to be reinstalled or what it would do if I did.

Thank You for your help--Shane

You need to check the voltage on the sensors listed. On the 12 valves the PCM sends 5 volts to sensors I would guess that 24 valves PCM does this also (but the ECM mite do this).

You need to check voltage being sent back to PCM/ECM.

On the Transfer pump circuit out of range I don't know. Haven't read about any other members who set up FASS system have this code come up.
