I bet when your lift pump went out, your injection pump sucked some air burning up some internal seals. THat is what just happened to me, and now I will have to fight the dealer. To get it started you will have to crack open 1,3, and 4 injection lines at the block and cycle the lift pump until yuo have fuel then crank with your foot on the floor till she fires. When the seals burned up, they do not keep a prime when the truck is shut off as long as it is running everything will be fine.
