I have noticed the same problem. I know my front Dodge shocks are just about done and hope to replace them with some bilsteins RSN. I have no idea if this will bring it back to normal. It is subtle, but has changed.
Shocks have no weight carrying capabilities by them selves (unless they are overload type) . Their job is only to dampen spring rebound and axle movement. For saggy trucks you need new springs or something designed to carry weight to lift it back up.
This is quite common with these things. Mine did the same only moreso due to heavy bumper/brushguard and winch weight. Only thing to do is what my brother did,,,, new springs and more of em.
