Truck makes a groan or moan noise when going uphill? Turbo leak?...

doesn't do it when on flat ground, only when going up my mountain road. Seems to be coming from the right side of engine bay. I am above 25 or 30 lbs of boost when it occurs I believe. Any idea what I should look for? I'm really hoping it is a turbo leaking air and not the plastic intercooler.

I can't say for sure, but I believe your boost drops a bunch with an intercooler leak. When my son blew his he couldn't get his boost past 2 lbs. Yours seems to be normal. Check your hose clamps for tightness. How many miles, is your air cleaner clean? Does it do it set to stock? Maybe it's your exhaust resonating?
