Has anyone had any luck with the Ram VOTS site? My buddy ordered a truck last week and when he enters his VON number and last name it just churns endlessly, and never gets anywhere. He called the 800 number and the truck is at D1 status, but it would be more convenient if the site worked.

That system does not work and has not worked for 2 years. Have your friend go to ramforumz.com. He can find a thread entitled "2017 Status Updates (AKA, Where's my truck?)". He can be added to the list and receive updates daily.
