Truck parked for 3 weeks-now won,t start

My truck was parked at the airport for 3 weeks. It turned over enough that it should have normally started but it didn't. You could tell the batteries were low. With only 20 seconds of total crank time the batteries were totally dead. I disconected both batteries and charged them up then reconnected the batteries , checked all the fuses I could find and even used my second key incase airport exrays might have screwed up my other key. It turned over like crazy but would not start and my Smarty would not make connection, so I couldn't ckeck for codes and I can't remember if I had the program in the truck or not. I had a u joint put in at the dealer 2 days before I left so I think I took the program out,i forget. Does anybody have any idea as to what might be the problem?

Mine did this when new but just over the weekend. There was a computer that would come on to try to turn the ac on causing a battery drain. Took it to the dealer and the mechanic heard it and found it. No problems since. Just an idea!

Its at the dealer now with a new computer in it and it still won't start, this truck has been nothing but a headache since the injection pump went at 18,000 miles.

Did you try both truck keys? There's been a few 06's that had computers forget which key was authorized to start.

First thing I did was try the second key. Its still in the shop ,now they put a hole new fuse panel box in it and they think they have it figured out except now that they couldn't communicate with the old computer they are waiting for the proper flash from the so called tech line.
