Truck pictures?

Wanted to find out how to make a site to post pictures. Do I need a digital camera? What other things do I need? Can anyone help?

Thanks for the help. I went to the Photo Point site and setup an account. I've got a scanner, all's I need now is some pictures. We'll get some this week, may even have some of you Rob and your truck.
