JR

I have no answer for you either but I would take it back to the dealer and not put up with it, you paid a price for it and it should be right, if they cant fix it than take it to another dealer

When you got it alligned, did the shop set the castor and camber or only adjust the tow??? I am currently looking for a shop in Houston that can properly allign a dually. The people that I have found so far that allign duallies only adjust the tow but leave the Castor and Camber as is.

If anyone knows a good allignment shop for a dually in Houston, let me know.

adjustable ball joints

I don't remember if it is cross camber or caster but one of them can not be set correctly on our trucks because the ball joints are not adjustable. My truck pulled hard right also, this went on for a year, even after 5 alignments at my crappy dealer. They told me there was no such thing as adjustable ball joints for the dodge truck. Well to make a long story short I found a company that makes adjustable ball joints for our trucks, thanks to a little help from fellow TDR members of course. This is Ingle products, do a search on adjustable ball joints and you should find the number, I cant find it off hand. Anyway after the poor attempt of installing it(only one was needed to correct my truck each is different) at the dealer, I took it to a real alignment shop and now all is well, drives straight down the road with good tire wear. Good luck... ... ... :D

I had the same problem with the same multiple trips to the dealer. They never solved it completly and on hard stops it always wanted to change lanes. Finally at 75,000 miles when replacing pads I used Bendix Titaniums that were suggested by a friend. Truck stops straight as an arrow. Prior pads were always Mopar due to the repairs from the dealer. Short answer from me, try the good pads.

TPlasek, I would think Strouhall's (on 288 south of town) would be able to handle that or point you in the right direction, but I would call them first. They handle heavy duty trucks and equipment. HTH.
