Anyone else had problems with their truck pulling to the right? Mine will pull right, even into the wind. Several different dealers and one independent can't seem to align it where I can drive down the road and don't have to keep even some minor tension on the wheel to the left. At least the door arm rest is in the right place to drive like this! Truck is completely stock, tires and all. It does not matter if I'm running the light load tire pressure or high load with a trailer. Also, the tires have been rotated at every oil change. Co-worker has the same truck (his is an auto) and has the same problem.

Not only does mine pull to the right, it wanders. If I'm going into a curve, adjust the steering going into the curve and then back to straight ahead coming out of the curve the truck will wander to the right coming out of a LH curve and to the left coming out of a RH curve. I constantly have to keep correcting the driving line.

It's going into the shop next week and it's not coming out until I'm satisfied that the problem has been corrected.

BTW, the truck is bone stock.

After four alignments (different dealers and independent shops) I finally called Chrysler. I tried the honey approach and did attract some flies. Got a case number and contacted the dealer. Told them I would fill it up and leave it with them for a day or so. I also told them to drive it down the interstate 60 miles or so and turn around and come back. I'm sure they will get as aggravated as I get constantly holding the wheel to the left. I live on the Gulf Coast so finding a flat stretch of interstate is no problem.

I don't understand this. My 04. 5 4WD, NV5600, 4. 10 diffy 2500 ran true as an arrow down the road. Now I've got this 2010 that can't steer a straight line without staying on top the the steering wheel.

I'll let you know what they come up with at my dealer on Monday.

I will tell you this, the minute I drove it off the lot and got up on the freeway I started dog cussing. I had just sold my '97 Dodge diesel that I had spent $$$ and time correcting the front end pull, only to get a 2010 Dodge diesel with the same darn problem. Except I used another word besides darn.

Wow, sounds like they still build em like the 01's. By now I can't tell if mine drives good or not. I've put all the front end stuff they make on it and I've driven it for so long I'm just used to it I guess. But I remember right after I bought it from Dave Smith, I jumped on I-90 to drive home and within 2 miles I said this thing wanders all over. Man you would think they could make em steer straight by now huh?

I've rebuilt the frontend on my '00 with new ball joints, tie rod ends, aftermarket trac bar, free-spin hubs, etc. But the one thing that made the most difference is that I replaced my steering box with the new Delphi offered by Geno's. Wow - truck drives and steers GREAT! Highly recommend this.

The dealer had the truck all day yesterday, working on the alignment. They said it still pulls to the right, so they swapped the front tires and it made it even worse. Working on it again today.

Official dealer (and so I guess Chrysler) is that there is belt separation on both front tires. I have not heard from my case manager. Since I only have 19,800 miles on the original factory tires (B. F. Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A's), I called BFG. They were very nice and gave me a case number. I have to take the truck to a BFG dealer and have them look at the tires and make their diagnosis.

Had the truck into the dealer on Thursday morning. They realigned the front end, corrected what they said was a toe problem (increased the toe-in slightly to specs) and increased the rear and front tire pressures to spec.

Drove the truck home ... . no more drift to the right and the truck holds a line through a curve just the way my 04. 5 did.

Happy camper now.

I had this problem with my 2010 Power Wagon. After months of dealing with multiple dealers and Chrysler directly, they replaced the steering box and did the alignment at a OTR shop. The issue is 99% gone. The 1% left is probably due to my high expectations. Very happy with the front end now.

My truck goes back in this morning, they have the two new tires at the dealership. My case manager with Chrysler told me not to let them only check the front two tires. Her words were,"They need to do a complete job". Nice to hear.

Picked up the truck, drove fine (straight). However, they jacked up the front tire pressure. When I lowered the air pressure back to factory specs, it pulls to the right again, albeit not nearly as bad as before. I took it back and told them that was unacceptable. Service manager started in on something and I just said two words to him- Ford Explorer. I told him he is supposed to follow the air pressure stated on the door jamb label from the manufacturer. Not jack it up or down by 11 psig so the truck tracks straight. They took it back again.

My case manager seems to be backing me up.
