Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) truck quit, fuel problem

I have a message in 911 but I thought more people would cruising this area. I have a 95 2wd with a fuel problem. Ran fine last night but his morning would not even fire. I bled the lines withthe hand pump all the way to the high pressure pump but when cranked could get nothing out the injector lines. Is there an electric shutoff on these like I have on my old 91? I found what looks to be a mechanism that lets the idle drop back but no shutoff. Any ideas would be appreciated as this thing needs to go to work tomorrow if it can.

have you checked your fuel shutoff selenoid? It looks (from the top at quick clance) like a can of that 'red bull' stuff only painted black. It has a electronicly controlled lever that goes straight down out of that controls whether or not the pump gets fuel. that would be the first place I would start.
