Truck quit

I was driving my '92 W250 and it just quit. There is power to the lights and buzzer when the door is open but none to the gauges or starter. I ran power to the pump and jumped the starter to get it home. I didn't have overdrive and none of the gauges including the speedo worked. Once home I cleaned the battery terminals and checked for power on the other side of the fusable links and there was full power. I was wondering if the ignition switch is bad? Anybody have any ideas? I kind of need it to haul firewood and plow my drive this winter. Thanks.

Check the fusible link comeing off the positive cable thats your problem
