2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Truck seat

My father-in-law has a 95 or 97 CTD flatbed with a straight bench seat. He is needing a new seat and I found one but it is a 40/20/40. Would they swap out easily or would it be a pain to change out or would it even work. Also they want $250 for it. Is this a fair price? It is used, but it is in good shape.

Standard cab ---> standard cab or club cab---> club cab will be the same fit. I think they are different if you mix between the two.

$250 is a competitive price. I sold the seats out of my 96 (402040) for $200.
