Truck Stalled

Ran some Bio Diesel thru the truck by accident and about 600 miled later is stalled out but started back up changed the filter the next day and it was BLACK... What are the symptoms when a filter is clogged. Should I be concerned. 2004. 5, 90K miles

I use the Fleetguard Premium filters and change mine as recommended by the manual (every 15k), and mine are also BLACK.
