, I was 70 miles from home when this happened and sitting in a bussy parking lot. I called the care one number and had it towed to the dealer in that town (Chrysler center of Grand Forks ND). When i got there they said they had no vehicle to spare for me to take home (really pi$$ed now) so called son-in-law to come get me. We left the truck at the dealer (Chrysler Center) and drove home. It's now the next day (Sunday, today) thought to myself hay i have 4 wheel drive just put the transfer case in nuetral and tow it to my regular dealer, so thats what we did ( embarassing being pulled 85 miles by a 1/2 ton chevy with a 305 motor). Tomarrow morning i will call (Chreysler Center) dealer and ask how my truck is doing, I can'nt wait to laugh my arss off when they think it's stolen. The moral of this stoy is i went there in the first place because they said on the phone they would trade me trucks for around $5,000 and when i got there they wanted $6,000 so said no thank you and left, thats when the above story started. I guess they will never see me in their dealer ship again, well maybe to play some head games with them.
Any body have any ideas what the problem could be, injector pump, crank position sensor, I don't think it's the lift pump as i have fuel to the filter. Will let everyone know when i find out from my regular dealer.
Maybe i deserve every thing i get for takeing my truck to a different dealer for tradeing
