I have a 95. My truck is down becasue it wont start. When i start cranking it over i get a fuel smell and the truck puts out white smoke( when i am cranking). I have hooked up a boost pump and pressurized the system, let it sit for 30-45min and found nothing. Can anyone help me out. Thanks.

Fuel pressure test .
Pressurize the fuel tanks with 3lbs air pressure , then crawl around truck to look at every inch of fuel line & hose , between the tank & lift pump , this normally has vacuum , so no fuel leaking out , just air leaking in .
Then look around from LP to injectors , you said you smelt fuel , look for it .

In addition to what John says, email me at -- email address removed -- for my write up on the 12 valve fuel supply system, how it works and how to fix it.

how do you pressuize the tank? and wouldnt putting a electronic fuel pump just down stream of the tank be the same thing as pressurizing the tank.

Find a shrader valve , same as the metal valve stem that would go into a rim of a wheel .
Not sure about your question on fuel pump , but you have not grasped the concept , sucking fuel from the tank makes for a vacuum from tank to lift pump , lines & hoses will suck air in , you can not see those leaks , thats why pressurizing the tanks will force fuel out any leaks , you can see the fuel coming out , you can not see the air going in .
