Hey All - Helping friend with his truck and heres whats happening, when you mash on it the truck takes off boost gets up to about 20psi then boost drops down to 10psi then back up to 20psi. along with the rpms surging with the boost. it feels like a falty comp connection but the truck still does it with the comp completely disconnected!

The truck has a new stock charger, recent vp44, and all the map/comp electrical connectors have dielectrical grease, etc. Comp box is the only performance mod and its not the box because I put mine on and it was the same thing!

Now when the boost falls down then the low fuel pressure warning light comes on for a little then goes off as the truck takes off again up to 20psi. Its like theres a boost limiter it defuels when it hits 20 psi. But it used to build 32psi with the comp until it started acting up. the only code is 1763 and that is govener pressure silenoid too hi so don't think its related. and the APPS was reset with helped the prob slightly but not much

What are the options?? APPS, Map sensor, VP44, dieing lift pump? any help is apprectiated!!!
