Something is probably out of balance. Start with the tires and wheels. Perhaps you lost a wheel weight recently and one of the tires is out of balance. I once had a glob of tar from a road project that stuck to the tire and threw it out of balance. Then ask yourself if anything happened just prior to the truck starting to vibrate. Did something like a driveline get damaged? Check the drivelines for debris like a piece of wire that spun itself around the driveline. Did a rim get bent. The chrome rims on my 99 were actually out of round from the factory. Drove me nuts trying to track that one down. Also, there is a possibility a steel belt within the tire could have broken.
This is where I start when I develop vibrations. Good luck.
U joints have been an ongoing issue with these trucks especially the 4x4 some say not enough grease in the u joints . Try to buy u joints that have zirks on them to keep then lubed
My driver side front axle u joint went out at 29k mi. Replaced with greaseable ones. Lift the front end, crank steering to the stop, rotate wheel, repeat on other side, if there's resistance, the u joint is gone. That took care of my vibration.
