Freind of mines 99 auto, edge drag comp and superchips stack. Truck wont run and it throws a PO236 and PO238. Does any body know what these mean or where i could find out what they mean? I know he was havin trouble with the lift pump and had a new one to put in when it quit on him. Are these the "death" codes?

Thanks

Shane

Sounds like either the MAP sensor is unplugged, bad, or the ECM took a dump. Check the FAQs for the MAP voltages. Did he break the plug when messin with the lift pump? Try unplugging all the boxes first before throwing any parts at it.

Well, you have a MAP sensor too high and a MAP sensor too low.

Does it run without the Comp plugged in? Thy that first. Also, you can pull the MAP and check to see if it's any good. It may be shot.

To say that I really like it, does not say enough. I would have done this as my first air upgrade in hindsight. It made my turbo act like it had longer legs in a faster spooling setup.

I am very impressed with the cam. With lower EGTs, faster spool, and a longer effective rpm range, what's not to love?
