Yes among the Semi racers there are three classes for Pick Ups. One for Pickup trucks with slicks, one with street tires and one for Diesel engines only!

That was in Palmdale. It should be quicker in Fontana. Practice your 4 high starts and slapping gears. There is a lot going on in those 15 seconds.

4wdrive... ... ... with as much power as you should have you will blow the tires off in 2wd

I beat a 3500 srw 4x2 last year. He had injectors, turbo, and a box. He just could not keep the tires from spinning at the start.

That would have been Mike's truck... ... ... he had a great mph,but with those tires no ET. I think he is back in a 2nd gen now.

I don't know if I have a 14. 70 in me. My truck might but not with me driving it. I'm hoping for something in the 15's. I shift like an 'old man'. My reaction time is as good as any sun dial. But I do think it will be a blast!
