I'm looking to buy a first gen 5-speed 4x4. Not too concerned about condition but must run and be drivable. Would prefer regular cab but extended cabs are also an option. I'm located in Pennsylvania.

Like I said If your Serious Call me we can Talk It will be running and driving ready to drive or ship home your Choice . Problem with East Coast truck's is 1 thing RUST this truck is Rust Free and Super Clean .

Finding a rust free truck in the states you listed is not going to happen most likely. Your in a area of the rust belt worse than where I live at. Start looking farther west.
