Trying to post pics and can't seem to do it

How to shrink pictures in order to post them? Thanx Lowell

open in your picture program and "format" them to a smaller size and keep trying til you get small enough.

Also make sure they are jpeg format. 500 pixels or less in any direction or the attachment manager wont allow them. To big.
