trying to post pics in readers rigs/ help

Sorry I have to ask this but am trying to upload my pics on readers rigs and it tells me file to big, I can't seem to figure it out. I got a few on there but the rest says file to big, or invalid file name or file not found. I see the pic but it won't transfer. Can anyone help?

Sometimes you have to resize the pics to get them to upload. Also they have to be certain formats like JPG when you save them.
