Called dealer yesterday in regard to above, not covered under warrantee as truck has 49k miles. Service advisor checked w/parts, and the "rear suspension lowering kit" costs $750!!!!!! Are you kidding me?? For two spacers & four u-bolts???? I asked if they were gold plated. Anyone do this out of warrantee?? Any other suggestions??

Thanks,

Matt

read that TSB closely.

NOTE: CURB HEIGHT LOWERING PACKAGES CANNOT BE INSTALLED ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AUXILIARY SPRINGS (SALES CODE XZB OR CAMPER SPECIAL PACKAGE AHJ) UNLESS THE AUXILIARY SPRINGS AND SPACERS ARE REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE.

Kind of takes away from your load carrying capacity I would think.
