TSB 08-18-00 Radio Interference

I would like to hear from owners who have had TSB 08-18-00 performed on their truck.
Concern is interference to two-way radios from the Airbag Control Module.

1997 4x4 CC 5spd, CPL1553 pump, Horton fan, Sport headlamps, Optima RedTops, 98 shift levers and console, RS5000 shocks, Yaesu VHF radio, and BCT7 scanner in the overhead console... N7DAL.

I have a noise that goes away when i reach 30 mph, and returns when i slow down to 30 or less. Have noticed it on AM radio with weak signal. Need information.
