TSB 18-001-07 What's it about? I got it!

Did a search here and fritz's site and did not find any info on the TSB 18-001-07. My truck has it now from the last service. I said OK to it, now just trying to find out what I said OK to!

are you sure its not the TSB 18-003-07, i find no records of the TSB 18-001-07 anywhere

Yup, that is what was written on the sticker on my rad support under the hood of my truck. Googled it and never came up with much either!
