TSB 18-003-06 reflash

Has anyone had this reflash done? It is for long crank when starting and/or transmission shift and battery charging enhancements. The dealer did this flash to my '06 this week, when I brought the truck in because it was hesitating when starting off and the auto trans was "hunting" for gears during heavy acceleration. The only change I have noticed is it stays in a gear longer if you push it, ie: it will hit 3300rpm at 70mph before shifting if you are accelerating heavy, like getting into traffic on the short on ramps. It hasn't seemed to help the problem that I took it in for, which is that it takes about 4 to 6 seconds after hitting the accel to start accelerating. Any ideas?

I had this flash done last summer for long cranking/ hard starts. It fixed it for a while(couple months), but its been doing it off and on since and now and it seems like more often. Anyone have any suggestions?
