I have a 2006 3500 dually w/CTD and 48RE, 3. 73 rear gear and with about 7000 miles on the odometer. The other day I had a check engine light which would not clear. I took it to the dealer and they extracted code P0191 from the computer. They then installed TSB 18-032 to correct this problem. I'm very curious about what was changed about the system. We do notice the engine seems to be a little noisier then it had been. More like it was when new but we haven't had time to evaluate it's performance, fuel economy and other factors. Have any of you had this TSB installed by your dealers and if so how did you vehicle perform afterward? I have no idea what we can expect at this time.

I havent had that particular TSB done but I have had the same code on my 05.

The only difference between our trucks is mine is a 2500 but same running gear.

The dealer replaced the pressure sensor the first time. Second time they cleared the code and said DC was aware of the prob but no fixit yet.

It seemed to perform the same before and after they changed the sensor.
