I called my dealer today to inquire about this bulletin and he told me that they only had 8 to do @ their dealership. He also told me that the 2500 and 3500 pickups are the only vehicles that need this and My C&C doesn't require or pertain to this bulletin. If you own a C&C, you may want to make certain this is for your vehicle.

Not sure that's correct not sure it isn't either but KWAYNE was the one who dealt with all this the most and let us in on the new flash... . he has a C&C. Mine is due in a week-10days (C&C) but I'm certainly checking with the dealer to make sure... I'll post what he says.

Sounds like you're right... EB got his done, but was a different TSB than that of the pickups.

I'll try to find out monday, but I believe the one done on mine was 18-037-07 Rev A. Again, I'm not sure about that, but I think that is what I saw written down on the work order.



On another subject, I am still having a problem, but it has nothing to do with the emissions thing. I am having a problem with my key not letting the truck start. I've had the "skim??" code put back in so it would start once before, but at times the engine will still start and stop, start and stop. The little red light will flash rapidly then slower. The truck will finally start with a dead accelerator then finally after about 30 seconds work like it should. Anyone got any ideas about this? Is it possible to have these trucks set where this theft deturent in not in it. I can get it going, but I'm worried about it just shutting off on the road.

I believe the C&C TSB is 18-009-07 Rev A. I googled '18-009-07' and was able to find a copy of the TSB in . pdb format.
