tsb 24-004-03 on 2003 Quad cab

Hey I am curiuos about this tsb. I have a 2003 quadcab and am starting to have problems with the heating/ac. I have 61000 miles. Do i need to be in the 3yr/36000 warranty to have this done or how does it work. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Plan on paying even if it is DC's fault, more than likely that is part of the 3/36 program

i THINK that TSB's are recals, and they have to fix the problem specificaly addressed by the TSB.

i could be wrong though.

Tsb's are info only not authorization for repair. Under the basic 3/36 just about everything is covered after that things are very specific on what is covered.



Kind of like the Corp... . no matter what you think you signed up for the small print says 6yrs :-laf
