TSB flash 21-006-07 and SMARTY

I just recentley read about the new tow/haul od lock out flash, tsb number 21-006-07. If you get this flash done by the dealer will the latest smarty software be compatible with it? If u load smarty after the flash, will the od lock out option still be enabeled. My smarty is a SO4 and i am running mild tm, 90 hp, with the latest software for stock injectors and turbo.
