2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission TSB Gurus....Help!

Just picked up an '02/2500 ETH/DEE with 72K on the odo. I sent it to the shop for upgrades and they reported back that it had low fuel pressure... ... ... . somewhere in the cobwebs of my mind I remember that there is a TSB from the factory regarding faulty lift pumps which in this case turns out to be the problem... ... ... ... ... anyone know the number of the TSB??
