Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) TSB's and upgrades

Took the truck in today to get some repairs done and asked about the TSB reguarding high idle update. Was told there is one but I had to pay 40 bucks for the update. I thought since the engine has less than 100000 on it and being under warrenty that this would be covered. Any suggestions or comments welcomed.

Try again.

I would try again. I just had might re-done, as it wasnt done right the first time ( shocker I know). Both times it was covered under warranty.



Both times I was in having other work done so I was already there. I told them that I have no where to plug in when at work and that truck will sit for up to 18hours without running in the winter.



If that doesnt work there is usually another dealer realatively close by (?) that may have a different take on it.
