TSB's covered under warranty?

I have 58000 miles on my beast. I need the computer flashed for the transmission not shifting into O/D and the check engine light and low washer fluid blinking. Both of these are TSB's. Granted the computer is not covered on the 7/70. But if this is a programming problem I do not feel I should pay $66. 00 per flash.

Any advice?

TSB's state right on them they are information only, and reimbursable only under the terms of the warranty. As the flash is done to a module, it would only be covered under 3/36. You could ask nicely if DC would cover it. Getting irate usually gets you no where. Do call the 800 line, they might help if you make a good case. Find out when the TSB was issued. If it was a year ago, and you never had the truck in for the complaint, good luck. If it was issued yesterday, you stand a much better chance.
