TSB's ?

I have an 03 3500 SRW with 34k miles on it. My question is how long is the warranty on my brakes. I saw a TSB for my brakes and I'm wondering if the dealer will repair it under warranty. I'm assuming TSBs aren't an automatic free fix. Am I wrong?

Brakes are 3 years/36k. I think TSBs are free if you're within the warranty period and your vehicle can be verified to have the problem the TSB addresses.
