its been done and you

will need,

guages, pyro-1800* boost 60psi. fuel pressure. minimum

fass fuel pump

injectors

turbo

rail cap

modded cp3

to give you the best performance and reliability,,oh yea you will need a transmission to(billit input and output)

this is what we have seen being required for this and similar packages. this is avery potent package  , but because of the pressure the bully dog puts out you will need a lot of extras and safe guards. and lots of other ins and outs go get it right :-laf

The transmission is all billet, i have a set of twins ready to go in, i have 125hp injectors ready to go in, i have all the gauges, i have a fass system ready to go.

you will need to mod your fass for 40psi and get a modded cp3 and add a rail cap---you wont be able to move out of your seat!! pm me if you are ready for this set up. Oo.

FASS mod

What needs to be done to the FASS to get the 40psi (is it just changing the spring)??,... and suppose you couldn't run that mod unless you had the caps,... right?

the 40 psi is very easy to do we will have a kit that can be purchased in the next few weeks. the rail cap is a good idea as your stock valve is very weak and hindering performance

I've had this condition that many here have told me that I've lost rail pressure while under wot. If that is happening and let's say it's happened maybe 30+ times will that have messed up my CP3 &/or the hp valve? If it was just the valve then will replacing the valve with the caps restore my pressure? I believe I read where you guys said just replacing the valve with the caps will give you about 3k psi more pressure by itself. Heck, that's the equivalent of a VA C3. 1,... true?

yes the rail cap will give about 3kpsi all by it self and the more you run your rail dry the more you harm your injectors and the cp3---because it needs to work much harder to get things done. :D

One confusing observation

If my rail is running out of fuel then the one thing I don't understand is following my pop going from 3rd into od, the truck immediately picks up following that hickup and pulls strong. You'd kindof think it would fall on it's face and stay there at least for a bit,... . that's not happening though. Hmmmm!!

chances are that it is your fuel pressure at the threshold of running the raildry for a second then you cp3 gets more fuel in there-----its called a lean pop.

that sounds right

Diesel Power,

That sounds like what I probably am experiencing alright. I just need to either back off on these power upgrades I've been doing or do the FASS upgrade and the CP3 upgrade.

local diesel shop tells me that i can not stack the bddl crazy larry program with the tst. . is this true. . or is he just

I Have Crazzy Larry with TST it can be done.

P. S. It comes on like a bat out of hell!!

I ran the crazy larry/tst stack and it does make some power. But, I would not run it all the time like I did because you will be buying longblock like I did. The CL alone builds alot of rail pressure which is not good on injectors. CL/TST stack advances timing past a safe level. Also, any downloader leaves a big footprint, so if you don't have an extra $10,800 laying around I'd be careful with the stack.
