Went to Dyno Day at Imler Diesel In Sacramento today and did a few runs

First run 5-5 came in @ 368. 4hp and 808. 5 Ft lbs torque

SECOND RUN SET BOX @ 6-5 (in a poor attempt to manage EGT)

Came in @390. 1Hp and 879. Ft lbs torque

Third run set @4-4 came in @ 321. 7HP and 768Ft lbs

Fourth run set 3-3 came in @ 305. 0HP and 729. 5Ft lbs

And last run was at 0-0 to check what my Calif truck is stock with only AFE intake And free flow exhaust

0-0 came in at 185. 8Hp and 404. 6Ft lbs Torque

TST claims 150hp 500ft lbs torque with this box

With Calif truck eng timing being so far behind HO trucks I believe this box has bigger gains on SO p. u. due to timing issues

As you can see above a 204Hp increase and a 475Ft lbs torque increase over stock and that was only on 6-5 setting

Looking at another post of HO Dyno run with TST box on the HO H. P. #s are higher but Torque is lower

All I know is I cant stop Smiling:D

How is it that you're getting flywheel HP numbers on a dyno?

It sure was a good time at Imlers. You should have stuck around Robert. Ken broke out the raffle prizes and trophys after the Red twin truck ran the 500 plus. I went two for two on my tickets, scored a set of ATV loading ramps and a case of Stanadyne. ;) I may be doing injectors after getting my baseline runs with the Ramifier. I cant wait for the next event, should be monthly if you ask me:D Congrats on your numbers, very nice. Mark.

Let's see the graph, those numbers are a lot more than mine!Maybe the stick is a little more but I don't think that much. I pulled 356 on 7x7 with the limiter set at 1600.

I can take dig pictures of print outs but I have no idea how to post them.

You sure you didn't have a fuel supply problem and what did your torque come in at?

Also fencebuilder /Mark was standing right beside me during all the runs I am sure he can vouch for the #s

Damn I still cant stop smilin

I can definitely vouch for Roberts numbers. I think they might have been even higher if he had run early a. m. i think his run was about 1 pm or so,probably about 83 or 84 degrees. I ran about 2:30 and was told i would have done better as well. All in all great time. Roberts truck definitely has some serious giddy-up now. ;)
