I do like the box better than the 6 gun, it's got power down low which the 6 gun didn't have.

running it on 3/2 right now cause I have to get used to it.

-What is the difference in the way it runs when you raise and lower HP compared to raising and lowering torque?

-I did run it on 5 and 4 a bit, does the boost always come up that fast, seems uncontrollable-scares me and I back off, which between HP or torque controls how fast the boost comes up?

What is the difference in the way it runs when you raise and lower HP compared to raising and lowering torque?

The simple explanation is the torque setting controls the amount of fueling at low RPMs, and the power level controls fueling at high RPMs.

The slightly more complicated explanation is that the torque enhancement increases fuel delivery beginning at 700RPM, increasing in a linear fashion until 1200RPM to the peak setting, maintaining that peak until 1600RPM, then decreasing fueling in a linear fashion to 0 additional fuel at 2900RPM.

On top of whatever fuel enhancement the torque setting provides, that is in addition to the amount of extra fueling provided by the power setting. The power setting causes fueling to be increased starting at 1200RPM, increasing in a linear fashion until the peak fueling at 2900RPM.

So, that means that between 1200RPM and 2900RPM, the power and torque settings work together to increase the amount of fuel delivered.

Higher TE settings will spool the turbo quicker, because you're adding more fuel in the lower RPM range.
