Tst- pda

Has anyone seen or have the new PDA? I was wondering if it came with some type of mounting kit, and where it was mounted. I am going to call TST later today to get some info. Just seeing if anybody has one yet.

Talked with TST today, they said as long as the PDA was plugged in to the TST it would be charging.

The E2 works well, We have sold many for the PowerPDA,You need to keep it out direct SUNLIGHT, it will cause the internal Battery to expand and cause the Unit to malfunction, in some cases it will Destroy the Battery, The white covered aftermarket battery has proven to resist the Heat much better than the factory Battery. It is a great unit it will serve TST owner well.

Wondering if anyone could answer this one for me. I have a Banks Six-gun with the PDA, but was thinking of getting rid of all the banks stuff except the PDA and swapping it out for the TST kit. Would that work? The Tungsten E2 looks to be the same on both kits.....

Yes It will Work for TST You need do a hard Reset to the E2, Thats It.

I got mine mounted on my 2005, I have the tst pda and its pretty sweet! I wish I had pics to show you but I mounted mine right next to my triple gauge A pillar. Not blockin my view of anything and still pretty visible.



I used the universal G3 mount and it works pretty well, Does not vibrate or hop around at all

I put mine in yesterday and just got a cheap air vent mount it is not to bad but I did not get to test it to much I forgot how much power these make and could not get traction on the wet pavement. LOL It was spinning through 5th. I will have to wait until it dries up to test it but the vent mount vibrates a little when going down a ruff road but I think it will be fine. Plus a local store had it and I did not have to wait. I am very impatience when it comes to waiting to install a new toy it killed me having to wait the 2 days LOL. Also to answer the question on the banks system that is what I did was sent them my PDA and the chip and they converted it. I don't know how high it would be to get the Powermax with out the PDA but with all the adapters. I think they told me $200 off but don't quote me on that just give them a call and talk to sales they are very nice people. One more thing it may take a couple of times to get a hold of them they are very busy just keep trying they will answer and it is worth it.
